Return and Refund Policy
At Southern Belle Fungus, we are committed to providing you with the highest-quality mushrooms and supplements. Due to the perishable nature of our mushrooms and the personalized nature of our supplements, please review our return policy below:
• Fresh Mushrooms: All sales of fresh mushrooms are final. For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on mushroom products. If you have concerns about your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Supplements: Returns are accepted for unopened and unused supplement products within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will issue a refund or exchange as requested.
• Final Sale Items: Products marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
